Luxury Holiday Accommodation

Our privately owned property is located at Imperial Park Resort. Calpe, Costa Blanca, Spain. Imperial Park Resort is located on a hill side of a mountain with fantastic panoramic views including the sea and a large recreation area made up of 4 cascading swimming pools. Imperial Park also provides a 24 hour reception desk service, restaurant, cafeteria, bar with mini market, money exchange, telephone/internet service, medical assistance, indoor Spa, swimming pool during April - October, plus seasonal entertainment and much more.

A hire car is not absolutely essential, but nevertheless recommended, especially if you intend to visit the provincial towns, the mountains and countryside. Imperial Park is situated less than 1 hours drive from Alicante airport and approximately 1 hour 30 min's from Valencia airport.

The property is a terrace house. It is fully air-conditioned hot/cold and has two bedrooms. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The accommodation downstairs comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, open plan dining area, a comfortable, brightly furnished lounge with sofa, stereo system, DVD, TV and Satellite receiver, separate WC, sun terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger.

Upstairs, there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and a good size bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and shower. All the fabrics and furnishings used throughout are of high standard.
